We are delighted to present NFEC’s August panel: Organic and Beyond-Farming for the Future of the North Fork. Russ McCall will be our gracious host, providing specialty cheeses and localas-local-gets wine for this event. As the winery closes to the public at 6:00, our after-hours session will offer special pricing for our guests.

Who: We’re personally encouraged to know our three panelists: Russ McCall, Louisa Hargrave and Ira Haspel, because it gives us the comfort and hope in knowing that our North Fork is the home of long term farming methods which require little or no chemical inputs. This is true sustainability which comes from intentional stewardship and which can be replicated on every piece of land in the Peconic Bioregion.
